Aquasale is a project born from a window overlooking the Apulian countryside: a land dotted with olive trees, fruit trees, stone walls, and traditional Apulian stone huts. One day, watching from this window, we had the feeling that the only right thing to do was to make as many people aware of our region as we possibly could.
We want to do so through quality, regional food and through the Aquasale store, where our products are available for your enjoyment.

Only together can we build something important, and certainly we are doing just that. The Aquasale team is motivated and passionate. Together, we share a dream, which has become an endeavour.
Skilfully guiding us is Pierluca Ardito, a highly experienced Apulian chef, currently the executive chef of Restaurant Nobis and the Grand Hotel La Chiusa of Chietri Alberobello. He is also the team coach of the Italian National Chefs.
